The Mechanical Engineering Program provides education and substantial research programs for design, production and energy which introduce advanced aspects into normal mechanical engineering subjects to adapt to new industrial techniques. The Department is organized around research divisions specializing in Design and Production Systems Engineering and Environmental and Energy Systems Engineering.
